  7:30 am - Entrants begin check-in at registration
  8:15 am - Runners & Walkers begin line up at the start (5K Walkers BEHIND all runners)
  8:30 am - 5K Run & 5K Walk begin
  9:30 am - Awards Presentation Begins

Preregistration - by Thursday, July 18th:
$ 30 - Adult
$ 25 - Children (16 and under)

Day of Race - Saturday, July 20th:
$ 35 - Adult
$ 30 - Children (16 and under)

The race is open to the first 500 amateur athletes that register.

• Check in by 8:15 AM
• Run on the approved course, cannot accept outside assistance, will accept decisions of judges as final.
• Race Number must be worn and visible at all times during the race
• Participants must sign Statement of Release.  Parent/guardian must sign for athletes under age 18

Traffic handled as responsibly as possible, nothing relieves runner of responsibility to avoid injury by vehicles/traffic, or from hazards of course. 

There will be no official timing of the race.

Check-in and registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. and close at 8:15 a.m. Check-in and registration tables are located in the parking lot of the VES Fields (Harbor School,15920 Vashon Highway). Pick-up race numbers at the check-in table.

Gifts awarded to male & female Top 3 overall finishers 5K run,  No awards given for walk.

*Age group medals will NOT be awarded..

Emergency Medical personnel will be out on the course to assist anyone who might need attention. Water stations will be available at intervals along the course.

Costs associated with registration for the race do not allow us to give refunds.
